USANA + Integritas Group + YOU = Complete Package
The "Complete Package" requires 9 Critical Components in a Network Marketing / MLM Business.

The Nine Critical Components

Component #1

Products / Services

We made the first component products or services, because it is the most important component of all!

This may surprise you, because this goes against most "conventional" MLM training. Think about it, at the end of the day, what are people actually buying and consuming. It's the product.

Every business makes money by people buying and using their product or service. MLM is no different.

Component #2

Customer Acquisition

MLM has two types of customers: Distributors who buy and use the product and also have the ability to make money from the business; and then people who just buy the products and have no financial incentive in building a business. We're referring to the second group when we say customers.

You need both to build a successful business. Customers are the lifeblood of any business on the planet. If you don't have customers, you don't have a business.

Component #3

Company

Many people don't do their due diligence on the company itself. It's important to know what the company is about and who is running everything behind the scenes. It doesn't make sense to build your business big, if the company goes bankrupt or is run by immoral people.

You could be the most successful MLM leader and build an organization the right way and your company can undermine that.

Component #4

Compensation Plan

There's nothing else in MLM that can create so much excitement, but also so much confusion like that compensation plan can. We won't get into specific features or which style of compensation plan is the best. At the end of the day the only reason a comp plan exists is to pay money to people who are making sales and producing results.

The question is how is your company going about paying out that money and how much of the overall revenue are they paying to the field (people building the business)?

Component #5

Team

You've probably heard the saying, "You're in business for yourself, but not by yourself." That's completely true in MLM. That's why having a solid team with personal mentorship is critical. It's possible to build this business completely on your own, but it's tough. Real tough. That said, just because someone says they have a "team" doesn't mean that you won't be by yourself.

So many organizations on the surface look like there is a team, but when that time of "need" happens for you, there isn't a team.

Component #6

Training

The word "training" is probably the most misused and abused word in the MLM industry. Everyone says they have great training. But what is training really?

Most people's definitions of training is a weekly opportunity call, the standard starer kit the company mails out to people, and then some videos or CD's to "motivate you." That's not real training.

Training requires a specified process that walks you step-by-step on how to build your network marketing business and how to teach others to build, so you get the benefits of network marketing model which is leveraged income.

Component #7

Recruiting / Sponsoring

You know sponsoring distributorships is incredibly important and is necessary for building a strong team and an actual leveraged, residual MLM income. We won't sit here and spend a bunch of time telling you how important sponsoring distributors is...you already know that.

Bottom line is, can you sponsor people into your business? If not, you're going to have a very hard time building your business.

Component #8

Marketing

Contrary to popular thought, you can build the business both online and offline. You'll find great people through both methods if you do it right. Why limit yourself to only one method? What if Apple only sold their products through their retail Mac stores and not online? or visa vera? It would be a stupid and silly business decision.

One of the problems of MLM is that the internet is used in the wrong way to build MLM businesses and in the end, it isn't duplicatable or teachable. Examples of this is attraction marketing, lead systems, and lead companies who sell leads. Non of these are duplicatable and none of them work long-term.

Component #9

You

We put this component last on purpose. You can have the other 8 components in the MLM Complete Package, but if you're not fully committed, it won't matter. We're always at the amount of people that we sponsor who do absolutely nothing when they get in the business. They have us as personal mentors and 8 components of the MLM Complete Package is laid out on a silver platter for them.

It's up to you to work the business.
